Alpha-terpinene P&F is used in a wide variety of flavor and fragrance applications.
Properties
It is more lemony, but not as warm as gamma-terpinene. Its taste is mostly lemony in concentrations less than 40 ppm, but rather bitter at higher levels. An antioxidant is added. This product meets FCC specifications.
