Benefits and Applications
WS-Extra 600 offers a smooth, less aggressive cooling sensation. It may be used when a more sophisticated and delicate cooling effect is desirable. Applications include soft drinks, teas and bottled water.
Properties
The WinSense Extra cooling systems are liquid. These proprietary cooling systems were created without adding solvents or diluting the system. WinSense Extra cooling systems are easier to handle than powder, crystals or flakes. These clear liquids allow manufacturers to avoid issues resulting from insufficient mixing of powder.
Although liquids, WinSense Extra cooling agents are sparingly soluble in water. They are soluble in propylene glycol and 96 percent ethanol at any ratio.
Toxicology/Regulatory
WinSense Extra cooling agents are made with ingredients that are FEMA GRAS. Additionally, these ingredients are in the EU register for flavoring substances (per EU Commission Decision 1999/217/EC in application of CE rule 2232/96).
