Joanne started at Lyondell’s Bayport Choate plant as an engineering co-op. After graduation, her journey within Lyondell took off, with her landing in key positions in Process Engineering; Health, Safety and Environmental; Operations; Planning and Evaluations; Project Services; and, currently, Business Performance Analysis and Reporting (BPAR).
